A 2008 graduate with a BFA from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts majoring in acting, Chan joined the HKRep this year as a full-time actress. Her recent works include Beautiful Connection, Boundless Movement and Bun in the Cave.

During her years at the Academy, she participated in An Absolute Turkey, Mary Stuart, and Princess Changping. A recipient of the Fredric Mao Scholarship, she was honoured with an outstanding actor award in 2006-07 for Mary Stuart. She has also participated in other theatre works, among them Shu Ning Presentation Unit's Jesus and his Disciples, JuicyNING's band shows, as well as Chung Ying Theatre's English-language school touring production Look's Matter.
