Since Ko Hon Man joining the HKREP in 1986, he has created more than a hundred roles representing different age groups, encompassing figures East and West, historical and modern.

Koˇ¦s acting credits include Love a la Zen, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Oedipus Rex, The Crucible, A Dream Like a Dream, A Small Family Business, Secret Love in Peach Blossom Land and Le Dieu du carnage. His recent portrayals of the young and old Zhong Yi-Dong in Communicating Doors, the youthful revolutionary martyr Luo Kun in Boundless Movement as well as Liang Qi-Chao in Reverie on An Empire have demonstrated his versatility.

Ko was nominated Best Supporting Actor (Tragedy/Drama) at the Hong Kong Drama Awards for his performance as Qing Long-Zi in Secret Of Resurrection. In 2011, he was awarded Best Actor (Comedy/Farce) for his role in Le Dieu du carnage.

Apart from appearing on the stage, Ko has participated as voice artist for numerous motion pictures, and is the designated voice artist for several animated characters such as Prince Charming (Shrek III), the Beast (Beauty and the Beast), and in Thomas & Friends and The Polar Express. He also recorded the character of the Bear in Disney Channelˇ¦s Bear in the Big Blue House as well as over a hundred childrenˇ¦s songs.
