Franchesca is a freelance actor and drama teacher based in Hong Kong. Raised in both Canada and Hong Kong, she is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  She graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2012. She then returned to HK to follow her passion in drama and studied Acting at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and graduated in 2019. She has received multiple scholarships and Outstanding Student Award during her studies in HKAPA.  
 
She has performed in multiple stage, film, TV and commercial productions. In 2022, she was nominated for the Hong Kong Small Theatre Best Actress Award for her solo play Every Brilliant Thing (by Duncan Macmillan). 
 
Apart from being a performer, she is passionate in drama teaching and corporate role playing. Outside of work, she is an outdoor adventurer and a regular community work volunteer.
